Cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies involve significant risks. Token values can fluctuate dramatically. Smart contracts may contain bugs. We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind. You use UnchainedGate at your own risk.
5. Fees
Token creation and certain operations may incur fees. These fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction. Blockchain network fees (gas) are separate and determined by the respective networks.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnchainedGate and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
